  • For custom cakes or large orders, we may require additional lead time and confirmation via email.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be non-refundable due to preparation time and ingredients already purchased.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or incorrect pickup times.

3. Pickup & Delivery

  • We offer local pickup and delivery near Las Vegas, Nevada.

  • Delivery details must be accurate. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there are any issues, contact us immediately.

4. Allergies & Ingredients

  • We bake in a kitchen that uses common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and nuts.

  • While we can accommodate some allergy-friendly requests, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

  • Customers are responsible for informing guests of any potential allergens.

5. Intellectual Property
